We built VisitLog, a front-desk system for small care facilities. We also host a free office and creative suite, because a spreadsheet shouldn't cost a license fee.
Replaces the front-desk clipboard and the staff punch card. Visitors sign in on a tablet, the visit form fills itself out and prints before they've walked away. Staff clock in with a PIN; payroll hours export as a spreadsheet at the end of the week.

The office and creative tools came from a simpler observation: a small nonprofit, a home-care aide, or a kid doing homework shouldn't need a subscription to write a document or edit a photo. So we host real, established open-source software — the same programs professionals already trust — and keep it free, with no account required and nothing held back behind a paywall.
Two different missions, run out of the same small company. One funds the other.
